Polityka zwrotu kosztów

We only accept returns on defective or damaged orders.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@polkadotpolishpottery.com to start the process. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please be aware that you are responsible to pay for shipping charges to return the product and insure it against possible damage. We will not be held liable for products that were damaged during shipping to us, and you will need to file a claim with the carrier should damage occur.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable products
Certain types of products cannot be returned, such as used items or products won through a contest promotion.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please be aware that shipping charges can not be refunded.
